Prompt 17a: Becoming the Middle Path
Name the moments when you’ve caught yourself in contradiction. How did you reconcile your craving for light with your loyalty to shadow? What did it teach you about your true self? How did wholeness emerge from the clash?
Prompt 17b: Shadow as Ally, Not Enemy
Describe a time when your darker instincts protected, empowered, or awakened you. How did shadow serve you, not sabotage you? What happens when you stop demonising the parts of you that don’t fit the spiritual script?
Prompt 17c: Light’s Hidden Cruelty
Have you ever used ‘light’ to avoid truth? Been blinded by spiritual bypassing, fake positivity, or moral superiority? How has your pursuit of light sometimes become a disguise for fear?
Prompt 17d: The Dance of Duality
Reflect on what it means to be both the healer and the wound, the torch and the abyss. What does embracing your totality look like in real life, relationships, choices, and rituals? How does that affect your peace of mind and sense of power?
The work isn’t to choose between light and shadow. It’s to hold them both, burning and radiant, in your bare hands.
